Anna Ćulibrk graduated in 2024 with a BSc in Oceanography and Marine Sciences from the University of the Aegean. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Geography and Applied Geoinformatics at the Department of Geography of the University of the Aegean. Her academic interests focus on satellite oceanography, seagrass habitat monitoring, and geospatial analysis. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research on “Mapping Posidonia oceanica coverage using Sentinel-2 imagery in Lemnos, Greece”. She has participated in several research and outreach activities, including the Plastic Litter Project (PLP) as a member and social media manager, and as a volunteer in the MEDnight initiative. She has also presented her work at scientific conferences such as HydroMediT 2024 and attended the conferences “15th International Congress on the Zoogeography and Ecology of Greece and Adjacent Regions” and “17th International Congress of the Geological Society of Greece Mytilene”.
