
Doropoulos Goulios is a Spatial Planning and Development Engineer and a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Spatial Planning and Development Engineering from the same institution, where he developed advanced expertise in geoinformatics, GIS analysis, and remote sensing technologies. Currently, he is pursuing postgraduate studies in Geography and Applied Geoinformatics. His academic research focuses on Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies utilizing photogrammetry. His professional expertise spans various geoinformatics applications, including UAV operations, photogrammetric modeling, and topographic surveying. He specializes in advanced geospatial technologies for digital terrain modeling, spatial data analysis, and integrating photogrammetry with geospatial databases and 3D modeling for precise environmental and infrastructural assessments. His work contributes to fields such as environmental management, infrastructure monitoring, and spatial planning. Beyond his academic and professional endeavors, he is also a musician and luthier, crafting and playing musical instruments.
